I've made my own pickles for nearly as long as I've made alcoholic beverages. Not only do I get tasty pickle spear and chips, but I use the juice for my signature Pickle Beer and Pickle Jerky. You've got to use every part of your pickle; let nothing go to waste.

Beef Jerky

I started making beef jerky a few months ago after buying a dehydrator to make my own backpacking meals. What began as a gimmick nearly turned into a business of its own. I currently make four flavors of beef jerky: Pepper, Teriyaki, Pickle, and Buffalo.
