Signature Beers

This page is dedicated to my favorite recipes that I plan to keep on tap year-round. I'd like to provide a wide assortment of styles and flavors while leaving room in the taproom for experimentation. I've also included the highest competition rating received for the beers that I have entered in competitions. I plan to enter all my signature beers in competitions and will tweak the recipes when needed based on the judges' feedback.

Pickle Gose

Base Style: Gose

ABV: 4.5%

IBU: 6

Made with real pickle juice, this beer is thirst-quenching on a hot summer's day, though I could drink it year-round. Even if you don't like pickles, give this one a try. Like many others, you just might be surprised by its salty goodness.

Breakfast Stout

Base Style: Oatmeal Stout

ABV: 3.5%

IBU: 35

Inspired by a nice cup of coffee in the morning and the ancient concept of "table beer" that would be drank with breakfast, I created this recipe as something easy drinking without intoxicating consequences. It features flavors of chocolate and coffee but won't overwhelm you; it's a very light beer despite its dark exterior.

Triple Berry Sour

Base Style: Sour

ABV: 6.5%

IBU: 5

Highest Competition Rating: 33

Originally created to rid my freezer of frozen berries, this beer has a beautiful color

Cirus Bomb Hazy IPA

Base Style: Hazy IPA

ABV: 4.5%

IBU: 20

Highest Competition Rating: 33

This beer may be low on bitterness, but don't let that fool you. It's still hopped full of citrusy goodness. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka hops, this beer is bright and refreshing and won't disappoint. It's also a good introduction to IPAs for those that don't like bitter beer.

American Double IPA

Base Style: Double IPA

ABV: 8%

IBU: 90

Waving Wheat Wit Beer

Ser Veza Mexican Lager

No, this name is not original, but I promise I thought it was when I came up with it.
